Motto and Goal

Based in Atlanta, GA, Emrgy is a small business enterprise that is implementing new hydroelectric installations. Emrgy design and produce hydroelectric systems that allows “customers to generate on-site, clean and reliable energy from water already flowing through their system.”

Their mission is, “Transforming waterways into local energy sources. At Emrgy, we are making hydropower more accessible to millions of people around the world.”

How They Do It

Emrgy provides its customers with an alternative to traditional energy sources and allows them to make use of existing waterways in order to produce clean energy, which can then be used “for on-site critical functions and/or to interconnect with the grid”. Their technology designs (turbines, gearbox, etc.) present a cost-effective approach to provide a reliable and compact energy solution.
